Welcome to my blog!  My name is Kelly, and I’m the talent behind KLAD Photography.  I have always enjoyed taking pictures, but a few years ago I invested in a good camera and I took several photography classes to learn how to use the beautiful new camera.  A life-long dog lover, pet photography was a natural fit for me.  I have a mobile studio set-up, which means that I come to you, either in your home or at an outdoor location.  You avoid your dogs (or cats or birds or geckos) having to visit an unfamiliar place, and I get to hang out with your pets.  It’s a win-win situation!

This blog isn’t only photography posts – although that will be my primary use for it.  As an owner of American Cocker Spaniels that competes in obedience, rally obedience and conformation, you’ll see dog-related posts here too.  You might also see book and movie reviews, or random thoughts.  Okay, it could end up being a jumble of things, but I hope you’ll enjoy it.
